| 岗位要求详细介绍 |
1. Support application teams in region for the following products WebSphere, Actuate, Siteminder, Portal, and Web Hosting.
2. Attend meetings with application teams (conf. calls) to ensure Architecture middleware standards are followed.
3. Mentor & Train junior team members on middleware support.
4. Meet with Architecture teams, to discuss on-going product issues and review new product versions.
5. Act as technical escalation point for issues in region. Supervise major product releases & weekend activities.
6. Must be available weekends and after hours for activities such as, production moves and support escalation.
7. May work in US time in first few months.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or other related major
Skill:
1. 1+ year experience in at least 2 in following middleware products: WebSphere, Actuate, Siteminder, Portal, and Web Hosting.
2. Excellent in both written and spoken English.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Teamwork-oriented work ethics. |
